He endeavored to increase the mindsets of inner-city people; to bring about reconciliation in families, races, and other ministries in Syracuse. His vision is that all who partner with Faith By Love Family Worship Church, find their PURPOSE, become WHOLE and reach their POTENTIAL through the gospel of Jesus Christ and His anointing.

Prophetess Hestina Legette is dedicated and committed to assist women, who are broken and damaged by the hardships of life, explore the root cause of their strongholds, determine how to be delivered, become whole, and understand God’s purpose for their lives. She is the Founder of Virtuous Women Of Purpose Ministries, a ministry that was created for all women, regardless of race, culture, or pathways of life.
